KENNY FAIRES - PRESIDENT & SR PROJECT MANAGER
Kenny is a Master Plumber and has been with Faires Plumbing Company for over 46 years. Kenny is backflow certified and has broad experience in the commercial plumbing business. His plumbing experience includes Educational, Multi-Story, Government, Correctional buildings and more. Kenny is our general manager and oversees quality control. He works closely with the office staff and field supervisors in seeking to provide an excellent product for our customers as well as a safe environment for our employees.
TRACY FAIRES - VP PROJECT MANAGER
Tracy is a Master Plumber and has been working with Faires Plumbing Company for over 36 years. Tracy holds a BA in marketing, med gas certified, and has extensive experience in Healthcare, Educational, Government buildings and various other commercial projects. As project manager from start to finish, Tracy works closely with FPC's field supervisors to oversee safety and quality control issues as they arise. Tracy assists with bidding commercial projects for our company and continues to seek new customers.
LEE FAIRES - VP HEAVY EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Lee has been working with Faires Plumbing Company for over 38 years. Lee is a certified backhoe operator and manages our heavy equipment operations. FPC relies heavily on his experience in the operation, maintenance and safety of our excavation machinery on various projects. Lee has extensive field experience in Healthcare, Educational, Office, Warehouse, Multi-Story, Correctional buildings and more.
ANNA FAIRES - OFFICE MANAGER
Anna has been working with Faires Plumbing Company for over 25 years. She works extensively with our senior management and oversees the internal operation of the business. Anna is our bookkeeper, payroll manager and also assists with HR issues. Anna works directly with senior management on documenting and executing commercial contracts while following up with customer billing, communication and satisfaction.
LISA SALINAS - ADMIN ASSISTANT
Lisa has been with Faires Plumbing Company for over 24 years. Lisa provides strong administrative support to our office and commercial plumbing team. Lisa interacts with multiple vendors and customers daily. She routinely provides updated information and assistance to our customers, office personnel and field staff. Lisa applies due diligence in supporting our team during the bidding process along with various other duties.
CAROLYN FAIRES - COMPTROLLER
Carolyn has been with Faires Plumbing Company for over 41 years. Carolyn holds a BA in accounting and oversees the finances of FPC. She prepares all financial reports and monitors the financial health of FPC. She is responsible for government reporting, including tax returns, payroll, pension reporting and compliance with employee benefits. Carolyn oversees employee safety policies and assists the administrative team as needed.
DENNIS DOUGHERTY - PROJECT MANAGER
Dennis has been with Faires Plumbing Company for over 8 years. Dennis is a seasoned project manager and has extensive experience in the estimating and bidding process. Dennis oversees manpower and material purchases on various projects. He works closely with senior management to supervise progress and quality control. Dennis facilitates purchasing and helps resolve field issues as they arise and assists the administrative team as needed.
ISRAEL CAVAZOS - WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Israel has been with Faires Plumbing Company for over 19 years. He works closely with the purchasing managers ensuring timely receipt of products and materials for our projects. Israel is responsible for receiving, verifying and recording all materials and products that come into our Company facility. Israel monitors the unpacking process and verifies that orders are complete and ready to be delivered to the jobsite or warehouse.
